How is Asperger's Syndrome Different from Autism?
Asperger’s and autism are very similar diseases. Both cause a person to have difficulty making friends and make social situations hard for them. However, in children with autism, their symptoms are more severe than those with Asperger’s. Also, children with autism also do not start to speak as early as other kids. Asperger’s is often thought of as a mild form of autism. People with autism usually are not interested in getting along with others, but people with Asperger’s are. They just don’t know how to do it.
